Bell Tents were originally used by the military and ours are a modern version of that tried and tested design. They are made of a heavy poly cotton canvas which hangs down from a single pole. The sides of the tent can be rolled up in good weather to allow some lovely Lakeland air in.

Some things you will find in our Bell Tents:
  • Each Bell Tent is fitted with solar powered lighting.
  • Wood burning stove with hot plate for those additional cooking needs.
  • For fun with all the family or friends why not try out our tripod BBQ.
  • Comfortable sofa beds enough to sleep four people, consisting of one double and two singles which conveniently and easily turn into seating during the day.
  • A fully equipped and functional kitchen including all the things you are likely to need for four people to cook and dine with.
  • Gas hobs and grill, no charge for gas.
  • Sides that roll up enabling you to let the beauty of the outside in.
  • Windows, allowing natural light and some fresh Lake District air in.
